The team at Diamondrensu were so helpful, thorough and kept us informed every step of the way when my son asked them to create the perfect ring for his fiance to be. The quality is exceptional and pricing very fair. The stone came Certified and was cut exactly to our specifications. She said "yes!!" Loved the ring to bits and doesn't want to change one thing about it! They will be back for wedding bands for sure!

Trina took my initial call, answered all of my questions without hesitation, was able to give me all of the information and time I needed to make a decision to move forward with the design process. Trina truly understood what I wanted, making the process so smooth and easy. We moved through to the CAD design, which the team at Diamondrensu got back to us so quickly, considering the complexity of the design as well we were so pleased and thrilled with. Dhara was more than happy to adjust some final details to make the ring absolutely perfect, before finalising it to be made. The team not only made my dream ring, which is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined but they did it with efficiency, professionalism, skill, kindness and understanding. I asked after confirming the CAD design to be taken out of the final steps of the process in terms of communication. I asked for the team to communicate solely with my Partner moving forward to keep some aspects such as delivery time and final pictures, a secret, to give myself the chance to see the ring for the first time when my partner asked me to Marry him. Not only did the team at Diamondrensu honour my request, they did so with high communication to my partner, discretion where necessary as well as efficiency. The Diamondrensu team capture every aspect i asked for so perfecty- rose gold, vintage art deco, floral design, moissanite, hidden blue topaz- they brought it all to life in the most amazing cohesive way. The team created my absolute dream ring, on a budget and on a time restriction and could not have done a more beautiful incredible job. I cannot recommend this company enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish- thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
