Our 4 Steps
1. CAD Confirmation
After you place your order, we'll create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and send it to you for approval. This step helps you to visualise the jewellery and make any changes to the design before production begins.
2. Diamond Confirmation
Once the CAD is approved, we'll send you images and videos of your diamond, moissanite or other gem for your inspection and approval.
3. Production
Our experienced artisans craft a wax piece and cast it, pre-polishing and setting the diamonds and adjusting prongs, complete final polishing, then perform a quality check to ensure the absence of defects.
4. Final Confirmation
Before shipping, we send you confirmation images of the finished jewellery for your approval.
