Our re-sizing policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
We offer 2 options during the first 6 months of purchase if your ring size is incorrect.
OPTION 1: Have your ring resized at a local jeweller near you.
We offer an AUD $50 reimbursement to go towards resizing with a local jeweller near you during the first 6 months after delivery. You will need to email us the receipt from the jeweller so we may reimburse the $50 fee.
We've found that this approach works best for most customers, as they prefer to minimise the time their ring is out of sight. Plus, it's often more cost-effective and often safer than shipping it back and forth.
OPTION 2: Send your ring back to us for complimentary resizing.
Here's our process:
- Please make sure that your new ring size has been measured accurately by a professional jeweller.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package, including a note with your confirmed new ring size.
- Carefully package your ring (preferably in the original Diamondrensu ring box + you may reuse the padded envelope/packaging) and send to:

- Resize Return Responsibility: You are responsible for the safe return of the ring until it reaches our warehouse, including shipping costs. For items exceeding $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Please note that once we have received your ring, it may take up to 2-4 weeks to have your ring resized and returned.
Only one complimentary resizing is granted per purchase.
How many sizes can a ring be resized?
Most rings can be resized within one full size up or down from the original size.
Resizing more than one size up or down on custom rings
If you have purchased a custom ring and the resize request is outside the resizing recommendations, your ring setting may need to be remade, which incurs a remake fee and may take up to 4 weeks to be completed. Payment will be required upfront to begin the process.
What rings cannot be resized?
- Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design, but they can be exchanged under our 30-day refund policy.
- Other designs may not be resizable due to their unique characteristics. Items that cannot be resized are marked as “Resizeable: No” on their product page. (see the details drop-down on each product) and will need to be exchanged under our 30-day refund policy.
- Engraved rings can be resized but are subject to resize fees + re-engraving fee.
