I was impressed by the presentation of these studs on the website, giving me a better idea than many others of their appearance, and how they look and on the model. I was very pleased to see, when I received them (always informed, quickly and with tracking), that they looked as shown. Process from designing the ring to being made was easy and always communicated well with CAD drawings before the ring was made and then lots of photos of ring before it was sent. Very easy process and customer service was great. Ring is beautiful
The entire process from start to finish was excellent!!! Communication was quick and clear to any questions or concerns. The Moissanite is spectacular!!! I wish I would have found out about Moissanite 30 years ago, it would have saved me many thousands of dollars from buying overpriced diamonds in jewelry stores. Thank you "Diamondrensu" !!!

Trina took my initial call, answered all of my questions without hesitation, was able to give me all of the information and time I needed to make a decision to move forward with the design process. Trina truly understood what I wanted, making the process so smooth and easy. We moved through to the CAD design, which the team at Diamondrensu got back to us so quickly, considering the complexity of the design as well we were so pleased and thrilled with. Dhara was more than happy to adjust some final details to make the ring absolutely perfect, before finalising it to be made. The team not only made my dream ring, which is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined but they did it with efficiency, professionalism, skill, kindness and understanding. I asked after confirming the CAD design to be taken out of the final steps of the process in terms of communication. I asked for the team to communicate solely with my Partner moving forward to keep some aspects such as delivery time and final pictures, a secret, to give myself the chance to see the ring for the first time when my partner asked me to Marry him. Not only did the team at Diamondrensu honour my request, they did so with high communication to my partner, discretion where necessary as well as efficiency. The Diamondrensu team capture every aspect i asked for so perfecty- rose gold, vintage art deco, floral design, moissanite, hidden blue topaz- they brought it all to life in the most amazing cohesive way. The team created my absolute dream ring, on a budget and on a time restriction and could not have done a more beautiful incredible job. Received today (approx three weeks after ordering) my chunky 925 silver band which is sprinkled with small sparky lab grown diamonds. Had a bit of trouble with the sizing guide so went to a jeweller in town to see what size I would be. Happily it was all most perfect in size. True to photo on website. Very happy with my purchase. However I’m surprised it was as much as it was considering no it’s only silver not platinum or gold. ( I did ask for silver)This is made up for by free shipping to New Zealand and the fact that no one in NZ had this design. Surprised also that its country of origin was India.. As I thought that the company was in Australia

The initial call was very good with Trina was amazing she was so friendly and my question barrage was welcomed, not pushy with sales.
Dhara was very communicative throughout every step of the process and understood very well over emails. Plenty of CADs were sent through and nothing was a hassle.

This is genuinely the shiniest diamond I’ve ever seen. The hexagon is unique and stunning. I have a size 5 finger and got a 1.5ct stone.
