The ring came out good but the turn around time was about a month and the communication wasnt always the best

The ring i received is perfect and beautiful. I tried to add images here but it failed. Beyond that the customer service team goes above and beyond. There was some concern that the ring was not going to arrive the time frame that I thought it was going to and the customer care team followed up with me several times to keep me in the loop even though the tracking status was not updating in real time. I have already recommended Diamondrensu to several others and will continue to do so.
FYI: Diamond size that I brought for the ring is 11 ct
