My ring arrived and it is so beautiful, only I must have measured incorrectly and it was too big, I have taken it to the local jeweller to have it resized and I look forward to picking it up. I will definitely be purchasing from you again.

I had amazing experience of ordering a ring from Dhara, who had been extremely helpful and accommodating of all my request for the custom order i placed. I ordered an OMC elongated cushion in deep blue moissanite on a simple setting(same as one of the stock pieces). Ok so when I received my parcel from diamondrensu I didn't open it for a couple of hrs in case it wasn't what I was hoping.....it was just absolutely beautiful!!! I can't describe how beautiful it is. It is just as stunning as the photos online and sparkles in the sunshine so beautifully 😍 I love it so very much! I got in rose gold, which looks awesome with the blue. I couldn't recommend this ring more! If I haven't said already it is stunning ❤️ thankyou!

They don’t tell you that if you exchange the ring for an alternative size that you have to pay almost $200 for “labor”. When if you return it you get a full refund and then just order the correct size, but they didn’t suggest this, just went straight to how they can squeeze more money out of the transaction. Their resize service is not great compared to competitors who offer a free resize.
Ring is average, just got it as a travel ring for mine so it’s fine for that purpose. Would go elsewhere in future.

We've found that this approach works best for most customers, as they prefer to minimise the time their ring is out of sight. Plus, it's often more cost-effective than shipping it back and forth.
