Our Story
Hi, I'm Ankit, the founder and heart and soul of Diamondrensu. Our story began in Surat, India, the diamond capital of the world. I previously worked with natural diamonds but switched to designing jewellery during the 2008 recession. I began with sketches and soon moved to crafting and selling actual pieces that people in Surat adored.
In 2018 I discovered Etsy and launched my moissanite jewellery line. The response was amazing – over 13,000 sales and 4,800+ glowing reviews.
In 2020, my customers suggested I explore lab-grown diamonds. And so, Diamondrensu lab-grown was born. Ever since then, we've been dedicated to providing you with world-class lab-grown diamonds and jewellery.
Our designs are unique, and we're also thrilled to be able to bring your customised designs to life. Your support means everything to us, and we promise to maintain our excellent customer service, communication, and stunning jewellery.

Based in Sydney, Australia, I have been a digital & graphic designer for over 25 years, specialising in e-commerce for the past 15 years. I am thrilled to have been asked to become part of the Diamondrensu Australia team as E-Commerce Creative Director. How did I get to be a part of this team? The story goes something like this…
Back in 2016, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to India for the wedding of one of the web developers I frequently worked with. It was an unforgettable experience - not only attending the wedding, but exploring India’s vibrant culture. The city that I visited was Surat, in the state of Gujarat, which is not only a technology hub, but HAPPENS to be renowned as THE world's largest diamond manufacturing centre, boasting cutting-edge, large-scale diamond cutting factories.

Fast forward to 2023, and thanks to my web developer's friend and family connections in the Surat diamond industry, I've been invited to join an already incredibly successful online lab-grown diamond jewellery venture, Diamondrensu, helping to expand their reach to Australia and New Zealand. My role is to develop Diamonrensu’s brand strength as well as creating a delightful online shopping experience for our Aussie and Kiwi clients.
I am thrilled to be part of a brand that's not only about gorgeous jewellery (did I mention I looooove jewellery??) but is also dedicated to sustainability and ethics, both subjects I am passionate about.
