If our available appointments don't suit you, please contact us on hello@diamondrensu.com.au with a requested date & time. Walk-ins are also very welcome.

Thank you for celebrating Black Friday with Diamondrensu Australia. Here's everything you need to know about this year's offer.

The offer

  • 10% off your order with a personal, single-use code sent to you by email.
  • Free 14k Gold Vermeil Hoops (Indalia Textured Weave Hoop Earrings, valued at $233) with orders over $1,500.

Offer period

The offer runs from 01/11/2026 until 11:59pm AEDT on 30/11/2026. Codes cannot be used after this time.

How to get your code

  • New customers: sign up to our email list on our website and we'll email your personal code.
  • Existing customers and subscribers: your personal code will be emailed to you.
  • Enter your code at checkout to apply the discount.

Conditions

  • The 10% discount applies to listed designs only.
  • Not valid on custom designs, made-to-order commissions, gift cards or previous orders.
  • Not valid on items that are already reduced or on clearance.
  • One code per customer. Codes are single use, non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Codes cannot be combined with any other discount code.

Free gift

  • The Free 14k Gold Vermeil Hoops apply to orders over $1,500 (after discounts), one gift per order.
  • The gift is available while stocks last. If it runs out, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
  • The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Christmas delivery

Made-to-order pieces must be ordered by 18/11/2026 to arrive in time for Christmas.

Returns

Discounted items are covered by our standard 30-day returns policy on listed designs. If you return part of a discounted order, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

Free gift and returns: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. If you return your order, or part of it, so that it no longer meets the $1,500 minimum, the value of the Free 14k Gold Vermeil Hoops ($233) will be deducted from your refund, and you keep the earrings.

General

Diamondrensu Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 89 674 140 928) reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer, and to cancel orders where a code has been misused. These terms do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
