Wow! Der Ring ist absolut traumhaft. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und der Stein, ein Traum! Kaum zu glauben, wirklich toll. Auf Grund der Pandemie hatte ich eine überdurchschnittlich lange Wartezeit. Ankit hat daher einen Express Versand veranlasst, um mich dafür zu entschädigen. Ihm liegt der Kundenservice wirklich am Herzen. Habe auf meine Rückfragen immer sofort eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Würde jederzeit wieder bestellen. Mit Expressversand dauert es ca 1 Woche nach Deutschland und der Zoll wird direkt an der Haustür vom DHL Boten abgefertigt. Stressfrei. Vielen Dank

The item I received has a very pretty stone, nice color and quality. The setting however was scratched and misshapen. I stated this in my review and the company contacted me and we were able to work out a resolution. I didn't want to have to send it back because I really enjoy the stone and wanted to continue keeping it, I'm very much appreciated that the seller was willing to give me a partial refund towards the cost of getting the setting fixed here locally so I could keep the stone and enjoy my purchase. I appreciate them being so flexible as I'm sure this is not a common issue and they understood that I really wanted to keep the current stone with me. Overall I really love this stone and I hope to wear it for many years and I'm glad we were able to resolve the issues so quickly. Thank you very much.
