My fiance took my phone to write this lol My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Diamondrensu and I am so impressed with the quality and care that went into my ring. I am absolutely in love! Although the picture I provided with this review is stunning, this ring is a show stopper in person! Of course, at the time, I didn't know my fiancé was working with the team to have my ring made, however, after the proposal my fiance had raving reviews about the customer service he experienced. He mentioned the seamless communication and the accommodations they made. For example, my fiancé ordered a size too big and when he realized he immediately contacted the team. The mistake was easily resolved no questions asked.

I first came across diamondrensu. I decided to look them up online to read reviews because i was very hesitant. The reviews made me feel very comfortable making my purchase. I placed my order on 11/29, paid the extra fee for expedited shipping, and it arrived on 12/24. Ankit responded to both of my inquiries within a few hours. The customer service is wonderful and the craftsmanship is truly breathtaking. The rings are lightweight and sparkle so beautifully! There is an 18K stamp on the inside. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would happily order from this company again!
