The ring is absolutely gorgeous. It is everything I wanted it to be and more! I will definitely buy from him again. However, customer service was not the best. After the ring was done, I was offered express shipping 3 to 4 days. I paid for the express shipping right away because I was leaving town and knew I wanted to ring before I left town . Two days later had not received any notification that the ring had been shipped. When I contacted the seller, he promptly sent the ring out that day, however the delivery date was now the date that I was going to be out of town. I feel that he should’ve offered to refund me the express delivery fee since it really wasn’t an express delivery. And I had to extended delivery even further due to no one being there to sign for it.

Amazing speed from order to receiving item in Australia. Speed for a made to order item is unparalleled. Lab grown diamonds are excellent quality. Very beautiful piece. This is the second item I have bought and will purchase again from Diamondrensu. Customer service 4 stars because at one point I didn’t get an answer to a question I had for 5 days and I had a tight timeline but in the end I still received the item in record time.
