All content published on diamondrensu.com.au is owned by Diamondrensu Australia (ABN 89 674 140 928) or used under licence.

This includes, without limitation:

- Site design, layout, graphics, icons and visual identity
- Logos, wordmarks and brand assets

## Scope of protection

Diamondrensu Australia is an Australian business and our content is protected under the Copyright Act 1968.

Australia is a signatory to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the TRIPS Agreement. Our copyright is therefore recognised and enforceable in more than 180 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, New Zealand, India, China and Japan.

Copyright protection is automatic in all Berne Convention countries and requires no registration or formality. The absence of a copyright notice on any individual page, image or file does not indicate that the material is free to use.

## Image licensing

Our product photography is original work created for and owned by Diamondrensu Australia. Files published on this site carry embedded IPTC metadata identifying Diamondrensu Australia as the creator and copyright holder.

We do license our imagery in some circumstances — including for editorial coverage, affiliate partnerships, stockists and media use, in Australia and internationally. Licences are granted in writing and are specific to the stated use and territory.

## Retailers, affiliates and stockists

If you are an authorised Diamondrensu Australia stockist or affiliate partner, your right to use our imagery and product copy is governed by your partner agreement with us. If you do not hold a current agreement, our images are not available for your use, in any territory.

## AI-generated and AI-assisted imagery

Some imagery on this site — primarily lifestyle, editorial and background scenes — has been created or edited using generative AI tools. Where this is the case, the relevant files carry IPTC DigitalSourceType metadata identifying them as such, in line with industry disclosure standards.

Our primary product images are photographs of the actual items we sell. We do not use AI-generated imagery to represent the appearance, materials, stone characteristics or finish of any product offered for sale.

"Diamondrensu" and our associated logos and brand identifiers are trade marks of Diamondrensu Australia, whether registered or unregistered, and are used in Australia and internationally.

## Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorised use of our photography and content, including through reverse image search and automated monitoring services. Where infringement is identified we may issue takedown notices to hosting providers, marketplaces, search engines and social platforms in any jurisdiction, and pursue remedies available under the *Copyright Act 1968* (Cth) or under the copyright law of the country in which the infringement occurs.

## Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this clause limits our ability to enforce our copyright and trade mark rights in any other jurisdiction where infringement occurs, or affects any non-excludable rights you may have under the consumer or copyright law of your own country.
