Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   This promotion is conducted by Diamondrensu Australia, in collaboration with Springdale South. The promoter’s address is Shop 3, 580 Princes Highway Kirrawee, NSW Australia

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion opens at 9am AEST on 11th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026. Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
   

3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to residents of New South Wales and Victoria who are aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Diamondrensu Australia and Springdale South are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the promotion period.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Eligible customers will receive two additional entries for each qualifying purchase made from Diamondrensu Australia during the promotion period. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent or subject to a chargeback will not qualify for bonus entries.

5. Entry Conditions
   Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request proof of identity, age, residency or purchase.

6. Prize
   One winner will receive a two-night stay for two adults at Springdale South, including a breakfast welcome basket and sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic alternative.

The total prize value is approximately $1000

The prize does not include travel, transport, additional meals, spending money, insurance or any other expenses not expressly stated.

7. Prize Booking and Use
   The stay is subject to availability, booking conditions and any applicable blackout dates. The prize must be booked and used by 31 March 2027

The winner and their guest are responsible for complying with Springdale South’s accommodation policies.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the prize.

8. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random on 10 September 2026 at Diamondrensu Australia Kirrawee

The competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

9. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with their entry within [two] business days of the draw.

The winner’s name may also be published on the Diamondrensu Australia and Springdale South websites, social media accounts or email channels.

10. Unclaimed Prize
    The winner must claim the prize within [seven] days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or does not claim the prize within the required period, the promoter may conduct a redraw.

11. Changes to the Prize
    If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

12. Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamondrensu Australia and Springdale South are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation or additional expense arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Privacy
    Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and award the prize.

Information may be shared between Diamondrensu Australia and Springdale South where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with each business’s privacy policy.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being shared between Diamondrensu Australia and Springdale South and to receiving marketing communications from both businesses by email and SMS. Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in each communication. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of an entry already submitted.

14. Publicity
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name, surname initial, suburb and any approved photographs or content relating to the prize may be used for reasonable promotional purposes without additional payment.

15. General
    The promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, breaches these terms or acts in a way that is fraudulent, misleading or damaging to the promotion.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
