Terms & Conditions

Program Owner: Diamondrensu Australia & Indalia

Participation in the “Share & Shine” Rewards Program (“the Program”) constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to approved Australian hairdressers, nail salons, and beauty professionals (“Participants”).

• Each participating salon must submit a list of staff members (full name and email) for enrolment.

• Each approved staff member will receive a unique referral code or QR/link.

• Diamondrensu Australia reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove participation at its discretion.

2. Client Offer – First Purchase Only

Referred clients are eligible for the following one-time-only offers on their first-ever purchase with Diamondrensu Australia or Indalia:

Clients Receive:

• ✨ $150 Indalia voucher with any Diamondrensu Australia purchase over $500, and

• ✨ 10% off the entire Indalia range

Conditions:

• Offers apply once per customer only, regardless of how many referral codes are received or used.

• Offers are valid for new customers only (customers who have not previously purchased from Diamondrensu Australia or Indalia).

• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, sale pricing, or gift vouchers unless explicitly stated.

• Minimum spend of $500 applies to the final order value after discounts and before shipping, taxes, and duties.

3. Excluded Products & Services

Referral discounts, vouchers, and commissions do not apply to:

• Third-party or external brands stocked by Diamondrensu Australia or Indalia

• Gift cards or gift vouchers

• Repairs, resizing, remakes, servicing, or aftercare

• Shipping fees, taxes, duties, or insurance

• Any items expressly excluded during promotional or sale periods

Diamondrensu Australia reserves the right to update excluded items at any time.

4. Indalia Voucher Terms

• The $150 Indalia voucher will be issued electronically once the qualifying Diamondrensu purchase is confirmed and not canceled or refunded.

• Vouchers are valid for Indalia purchases only, online or in-store.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

5. Participant Rewards – Commission

Participants Receive:

💎 5% Indalia store credit on the referred customer’s first qualifying purchase only, whether the purchase is made with Diamondrensu Australia or Indalia.

Conditions:

• Commission applies once per referred customer, regardless of future purchases.

• Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

• Commission applies to eligible Diamondrensu Australia and Indalia products only and does not apply to excluded items listed in Section 3.

• Store credit is redeemable at Indalia only, is non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Credit Issuance & Reward Cycle

• Commission is calculated and issued quarterly (every 3 months).

• Store credit will be issued as a digital Indalia discount code equal to the total commission earned.

• Discount codes will be emailed to the participant using the registered email address.

• Discount codes are valid for 12 months from issue date.

• Expired or unused codes will not be reissued.

7. Participant Personal Discount

Participants (Beauty Professional Staff) Receive:

✨ 10% off full-priced products for personal use at Indalia.

Conditions:

• The personal discount is valid ongoing for enrolled staff members while actively participating in the Program.

• Discount applies to full-priced items only and excludes:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Third-party or external brands

  • Gift cards or gift vouchers

  • Services including repairs, resizing, or aftercare

• The discount cannot be combined with referral rewards, vouchers, or other promotions.

• The discount is for personal use only and must not be shared with clients, friends, or family.

• Diamondrensu Australia reserves the right to suspend or revoke this discount if misuse is suspected.

8. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals must be completed using the assigned referral code or QR/link at checkout.

• Purchases made without a valid referral code cannot be added retroactively.

• Diamondrensu Australia’s tracking system and records are final in determining eligibility.

9. Sales, Promotions & Discount Availability

• Diamondrensu Australia and Indalia reserve the right to pause, limit, or disable referral discounts, vouchers, commissions, and participant personal discounts during sale events, promotional periods, or special campaigns.

• Sale periods and exclusions are to be confirmed (T.B.C.) and may change at any time.

• During paused periods, referrals may still be tracked; however, discounts and rewards may not apply.

10. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

• If a referred order is canceled, refunded, or partially refunded, the associated voucher and/or commission may be reduced, revoked, or clawed back.

• Adjustments may be applied to future quarterly commission totals.

11. Fair Use & Misuse

• Referral codes are intended for direct, personal sharing with clients only.

• Referral and personal discount codes must not be posted publicly, advertised, sold, or shared on deal websites, social media, or paid advertising platforms.

• Self-referrals, false referrals, or fraudulent activity are prohibited.

• Any misuse may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of pending or issued rewards.

12. Brand Scope

• Diamondrensu Australia includes lab-grown diamond and moissanite jewellery, including custom-made pieces.

• Indalia includes ready-to-wear gold vermeil fashion jewellery.

• All referral commissions are issued as Indalia store credit only.

13. Program Changes & Termination

• Diamondrensu Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms & Conditions.

14. Privacy

• Participant information (names, emails, salon details) will be used solely for Program administration and reward distribution.

• Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

15. Agreement

By participating in the “Share & Shine” Rewards Program, Participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
