He is super responsive, to the point I️ asked if he slept because he would answer my messages even when it was 4 am in India! He has been nothing but patient with me as we worked together to amend the design of the ring until I️ was happy, I asked tons of questions, and requested for many pictures and videos to be sent my way (I️ have had horrible quality issues with other rings I️ have purchased). This ring is absolutely beautiful! I so appreciated how quickly and helpful all the communication was, from my inquiry about the option to use white gold, to the photo update when the ring was completed and ready to ship. The photo does not do it justice, as the depth of light and color was more than my camera can capture. So happy with my beautiful ring!
