FINAL CREATION

The typical processing time for a custom order is about 12-14 days, starting from the creation of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to the completion of the final jewellery piece. Depending on your location, shipping is another 10-14 days. However, please note that some more complex designs may require additional time. In such cases, we will inform you about the extended timeline beforehand. For more specific details or queries about the processing time for your custom order, please feel free to get in touch with us.
The cost of a custom ring varies based on individual needs and preferences. Prices are quoted according to the specific design, materials, and intricacy of the customisation, ensuring a tailored and unique piece that aligns with your vision and budget.
No. There is no extra charge for creating a custom ring design.
Yes, we can use existing designs you've seen elsewhere as inspiration for custom engagement rings or other jewellery. Your vision is our priority, and we are committed to crafting the perfect, personalised piece for you.
We specialise in lab-grown diamonds and moissanites, offering the flexibility to custom-create any stone style to suit your preferences. Our collection also features natural rubies, sapphires, tourmalines, and tanzanites. If you have specific gemstone requirements, we can source other varieties to fulfill your needs.
We can craft a variety of custom jewellery, including bracelets, bangles, rings, earrings, necklaces, and pendants, tailored to your unique style and preferences.
- Borrow one of their existing rings that they wear on the same finger and bring it to a jeweller for measurement.
- Ask their friends or family members if they happen to know their ring size or have any insights.
- While they're asleep, gently slide a piece of string or paper around their finger, marking the circumference, and measure on our ring size guide.
- If they have an existing ring, discreetly try one on your finger and mark where the ring sits on your finger. Using paper or string, then measure the size on our ring size guide.

The initial call was very good with Trina was amazing she was so friendly and my question barrage was welcomed, not pushy with sales.
Dhara was very communicative throughout every step of the process and understood very well over emails. Plenty of CADs were sent through and nothing was a hassle.
Pricing was very reasonable too.
The service and process from Diamond rensu was impeccable. They offered great insight and guidance when I was choosing from an Emerald or other options. The communication was great and the process very fast. I ended up choosing a 4 carat green Moissanite with a gold band and I could not be happier, it is a stunning ring.
